How did you hear about Hornet Juice: Found it online
How do you take Hornet Juice: Mix it with water before any runs longer than 3 miles; take it in the middle of any runs longer than 7 miles
What do you think of Hornet Juice?: It is so hard to tell any noticeable improved performance when I take it, but I know it works because I can tell when I FORGET to take it. Generally, I will feel my legs start to fatigue much sooner into a run and I may even feel pain that I usually do not feel. As I run, I consider and discard possible causes in my mind (did I get enough sleep? did I pull something I didn’t remember? did I eat enough?). After my mental list, I find that those days almost always coincide with my failure to take my Hornet Juice before my run.
