How did you hear about Hornet Juice?: Internet research
How do you take Hornet Juice: for short runs, take it with 8oz of water - nothing else…. On long runs, take 8oz at start, mix 1 packet with homemade sports drink - drink every 20 mins on the run.
What do you think of Hornet Juice?: I definitely notice a reduced HR over the run. I wear a HRM on every run and noticed this effect immediately. I take HJ before every run and race. Not sure if its the training this year or the HJ, or both, but I am running stronger. PR’ed my first 10k of the season this year - training for the Huntsville Marathon in hopes of qualifying for Boston.
