How do you take Hornet Juice: Training - once a day before run. Racing - once before run; one in middle of run: mix it with water.
What do you think of Hornet Juice?: Gives me more energy; I have noticed a difference in how I feel in my runs if I don’t use hornet juice. I just completed the Chicago Marathon. I have tried other products but I feel the hornet juice improves my performance more than other products.
