How do you take Hornet Juice: I take 15 grams 1 hour before exercise, which I mix with milk.

What do you think of Hornet Juice: When taking hornets juice, I noticed a big improvment in my energy levels, but unlike most other energy supplements the rise in energy levels lasted for a much longer period of time. I also noticed an improvement in my recovery time. It is a great product that any can use to improve there performance.
