“I was skeptical at first, but after using Hornet Juice during my bike/run training sessions I felt it was having an impact. Being a skeptic I was trying to downplay the results. I’d put it down to the fact I was peaking and a damn good athlete ;-) Anyway, I felt it deserved a chance in a standard distance tri, putting to a higher intensity test, nothing like race pace to really tell if something works.
