“I am a recent convert to the Hornet Juice. I use it mainly for my weight training. I find I can lift significantly more weight as well as more reps when I use it. Yes, I use it according to the instructions–empty stomach, don’t mix with other protein supplements. I find mixing it with Gatorade is really nice! (I only have one complaint, and that is that I seem to urinate much more frequently while on it, but the benefits far outweigh that aspect!)
