About Hornet Juice
Hornet Juice is a performance-boosting sports drink which is 100% safe, 100% legal, and 100% guaranteed to work for any athlete in any sport.
It is a powdered sports drink containing 17 amino acids that you mix with water or your favorite electrolyte drink, which you take before, during and after exercise, to give you increased energy, endurance and improved recovery time.
One single serve packet contains 15grams of the Hornet Juice in powder form. You simply mix it with a standard cup of water and you can take it before, during or after your workout.
Not Your Ordinary Sports Drink
Hornet Juice is not exactly your typical sports drink that restores your body’s supply of electrolytes and carbohydrates, which are depleted during long physical exertion. What these sports drink do is simply replenish these lost elements in your body to prevent dehydration and muscle fatigue.
But Hornet Juice works a little differently. Instead of resupplying energy in your body with carbohydrates, Hornet Juice actually looks for the existing source of energy in your body – which is fat and it turns that fat into energy from the start of your workout.
Hornet Juice works as a trigger for the oxidation of fat, which provides you with an abundant and long lasting source of energy.
Some Benefits of Hornet Juice

What’s In The Name? The Science Behind The Hornet
There’s actually a science behind the unusual name. The formulation of the amino acids in Hornet Juice is actually a scientific replication of the natural endurance boosting liquid found in – hornets. And in particular, the species known as Japanese Giant Hornets, which are one of largest and deadliest insects in the world.
Back In 1980’s, Japanese scientists discovered that this amino acid concoction found in these insects is the source of the Japanese Giant hornet’s remarkable energy and stamina. After all these hornets are known to fly non stop around 60 miles a day. If they were the size of humans they would be doing 2 marathons daily!
Here’s what the scientist discovered during the hornets feeding cycle:Adult hornets fly 60 miles in one day at 20mph in search of food for their young larvae. Unlike bees who feed on pollen, hornets feed on small insects.
Once they catch their prey the adult hornets chew the small insects into a ‘meatball’ and they carry their feed back to their nest where their larvae wait. This food is not for them, but for their hungry grubs. After feeding their young, these larvae in return feed their parents. Since adult hornets have skinny straw-like gullets, they can only consume small amounts of fluids. So the larvae would secrete a clear liquid, which the adult hornet drinks. This liquid or “Hornet Juice” is the source of the adult hornet’s strength that gives them their boundless energy to fly endlessly everyday.
So What’s Inside This Hornet Liquid?
Scientists continue to gather samples of the liquid secretion from the Hornet larvae, and broke it down…
… and what they found were these 17 of the known 20 kinds of amino acid protein. Here they are
Proline, Glycine, Lysine, Threonine, Leucine, Tyrosine, Valine, Isoleucine, Alanine, Arginine, Phenylalanine, Glutamic Acid, Tryptophan, Histidine, Methionine, Serine, and Aspartic Acid.
As you can see, there are no “mystery” ingredients. So if you thought Hornet Juice contains actual bug spit, you can relax now. There’s nothing weird, gross or anything illegal in Hornet Juice.
Amino acids after all are the building blocks of your metabolism and energy system.
But precise formulation is the key, and scientists call this the synergistic effect. What it means is that when the exact amount of these amino acids work together, they produce an enhanced result – which, in this case – is increased endurance and energy. Take these amino acids separately or in different dosages, you won’t get the same booster shot.
So Hornet Juice is the identical scientific replication of the hornet’s energy boosting liquid in these amazing insects.
How Hornet Juice Works: Body Fat For Fuel
So what makes Hornet Juice better than other performance boosters?
The unique combination of amino acids that make up Hornet Juice allow it to trigger “fat oxidation” in your body the moment you begin working out or competing.
This means that your body uses slow-releasing FAT as its fuel instead of glycogen, which floods you with energy in the beginning but results in your legs turning to lead over time.
Your body has two primary sources of energy – glycogen and fat stored by the body.
Glycogen is burned fast and hard, like throwing gasoline on a fire. It serves as a source of stamina in events that require a burst of energy. In particular… it’s GREAT for sprinting, high intensity interval training, or anything where a maximum amount of effort is needed.
Fat is stored in abundance by the body and is burned like a small candle… slowly and methodically… sparking a consistent flow of energy many times longer than glycogen.
Perfect for anybody who trains or competes for more than 30 minutes at a time!
Here’s the problem. Our bodies weren’t created to run long distances. Normally, it uses up the glycogen stores FIRST – which is why you feel strong and energetic at the beginning of your workout or competition.
So Hornet Juice reverses this process so that your body’s most powerful and long-lasting source of energy… your FAT… right from the beginning.
Before you think you don’t have enough body fat for energy, think again. Even the slimmest athlete can use their low body fat for energy!
Take a marathon runner weighing 130lbs with only about 5% body fat. This calculates to approximately 27,000 kilocalories of energy reserves. This is enough energy to run a full marathon consuming 3,000 kilocalories, nine times over!
This means that your body uses slow-releasing FAT as its fuel instead of glycogen, which floods you with energy in the beginning but results in your legs turning to lead over time.
Using fat for fuel instead of glycogen allows your body to sustain longer periods of strain without losing energy like you normally do during any type of workout or competitive event.
